""Панама рифайнинг компани" против Райана"Дело в Верховном суде США [ Supreme Court, U.S.], решение по которому (1935) объявило неконституционным раздел Закона о восстановлении национальной промышленности 1933 года [ National Industrial Recovery Act], позволявший президенту запрещать использование в торговле между штатами [ interstate commerce] нефти, произведенной сверх разрешенного властями штатов количества. Суд определил, что в данном разделе содержится неконституционное делегирование законодательных полномочий исполнительной власти, что нарушает принцип разделения властей [ separation of powers]. Это был первый закон периода "Нового курса" [ New Deal], положение которого было отклонено Верховным судом, что отразило негативное отношение тогдашнего состава суда к реформам администрации Ф. Д. Рузвельта [ Roosevelt, Franklin Delano (FDR)]. Это отношение позднее проявилось также в решении по делу ""Шектер поултри корпорейшн" против Соединенных Штатов" [ Schecter Poultry Corp. v.
